Claim handled quickly and received my reimbursement within a couple of days. Coverages are clear and easy to understand. Notably, my claim had services billed as a packaged deal, and unlike AKC pet Insurance (who deny coverage for anything included in "bundle/package" vet treatment deals), it was still able to be processed without needing to submit itemized invoices which is great.

When my sweet little Yorkie started showing signs of some health issues, it was a huge worry to me.
