However, My puppy got very sick with for an unknown reason and spot was quick to review the records and reimburse. I always say you never know how insurance is until you have to use it. Earlier this year, in March, one of my pets had to have a cancerous tumor removed and very shortly after that underwent emergency surgery to remove an obstruction.
