My cat broke his foot. To leave the emotions out and just make a long story short I needed an amputation Bill came around 5K. The way their process works as you basically pay upfront and they reimburse you. Once I submitted all my paperwork I think about two weeks later I had my reimbursement no hassle submitting the paperwork is very straightforward. Very good experience.
