From the very first day I called Spot Insurance to ask questions because I was thinking of joining, they answered all my questions and concerns with so much details and patience. When the time came that I needed to take my dog to vet because of an emergency, I felt so much relief that I could easily pay the vet bill knowing I would get some of my money reimbursed back. I was even more relieved of how easy it was to fill the claim out. The best part was how fast the claim was processed and how fast your money is reimbursed back to you.
