Recently had our first experience with a claim and it has been seamless. Spot has counted payments towards the deductible and once it was met, they paid 90% of the remainder which is what our plan covers. There were no questions asked when I supplied the invoice, they paid. Could not be more pleased with Spot at this point.

I appreciate the clarity of instructions for filing my first claim. Submitted all the paperwork on Sunday and by Friday the claim was completed and funds transferred to my bank account. Thank you for your dependable service at a challenging time.

From the difficult to Easily Done
Previously used Pet Insurers' wanted detailed histories and required us to provide very detailed claims. Not so with Spot. Sent the Vet bills to Spot and if they needed more info they then called vet. Easy done!!!
