I filed a claim, and 50% was paid very quickly. The agent I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, but I accidentally gave him a low grade on the post-call survey. I meant to give him a 5 but gave him a 1.

Refunds come quick and they dont raise your rates astronomically even if your pup has the misfortune of being diagnosed with a congenital disease. So grateful for Spot!!

Thank goodness I finally got Pet Insurance and that I chose SPOT. My dog recenlty got very sick and needed ER visits and a lot of TLC from the Vets. It cost a lot of money, and without any question SPOT reimbursed me quickly. This is a great company.

I’ve had spot on my 3 dogs and it’s helped me two times already. Back in 2024 my Stella crossed over the rainbow. This year in march my Rubie got sick. I called spot to put medical on my 3 girls and didn’t realise I already had the plan. I would recommend spot to many of my pet friends. Thank you

I've had Spot for two years for my four-year-old dog. During this time, I submitted three claims for three separate incidences/illnesses, and all three were approved in about 2 weeks. The funds were reimbursed soon thereafter. I am glad I signed up for Spot while she was young and did not have any pre-existing conditions.
