We found Spot through Sam’s Club so we knew it was a good value as far as price, and when we researched further on customer service and items covered we were very pleased to see that it is one of the most competitive and well reviewed pet insurances available. We have always had a dog or two in our family for 37+ years and this is the first time we have had pet insurance for our English Bulldog. Spot has been user friendly for us both online and via telephone. Though it takes some time to submit claims the process is clear and straightforward.
