I had no idea that I would need…
I had no idea that I would need insurance as fast as I did after signing up. I almost didn’t as our 2 year old dog was issue free since her puppyhood and I had been paying a lot of money to another company that did not cover emergency office visits. Totally miffed at that. When I saw that Spot covered an unplanned emergency visit I thought I would try them. It seemed more reasonable. I was nervous about dropping the other company but I was very glad I did. After a totally unexpected, huge vet bill, Spot came through and covered 2/3 of it. Including the emergency vet visit. So relieved and glad I went with Spot! Life long customer here!! Thank you Spot!

Our little five year-old Nutella had a herniated disc and five bulging discs. We tried conservative treatment, but when we found out, it was herniated she had to have an emergency surgery. Spot insurance was great, I submitted the claims and invoices in within two weeks. I had direct deposit reimbursement, I plan to be a long time, loyal customer for their pet insurance. It helped her get the cure that she needed, and it also covers rehab rehabilitation-and gave us peace of mind!
