Very easy to submit claims! I was expecting a lot of back and forth, or having to push for updates, get info from my vet, etc. but it was actually so easy to do right from my phone. The claims were processed and accepted in less than a month. Very happy with the service, and now I can focus my attention all on my cat’s health.

My puppy had to have surgery unexpectedly. I submitted all the paperwork for the claim and after the deductible the amount owed back to me was deposited to my account in a matter of a few days. Great response time.
