Great experience!
I am so happy I chose Spot for my pet insurance! When my cat started having mysterious GI symptoms, it was a relief to know I didn't have to worry about the rapidly increasing costs of vet visits, testing, and medication. I especially appreciate that their coverage includes exam fees! I had no idea how fast those could add up until I started monthly vet visits! Spot's policies are clear and easy to read, the claim submission process is simple and quick, their turnaround time is usually within a week, and their customer service is excellent! The one minor complaint I have is: it wasn't clear when I signed up that I would not be able to raise the annual reimbursement limit once it was set. I meant to have a slightly lower annual limit for year one, then raise it in year two when I'd recouped the costs of adopting a new cat and buying supplies. I didn't find out until year two that wasn't allowed. I recommend spending the extra money at the outset for a higher reimbursement level! Other than that, my experience with Spot has been 100% wonderful! Thanks, Spot Team!
