I've had great results obtaining reimbursement when I am sure to submit the past 6 months of vet records along with invoices and claim information. It didn't go as well with the approach of "Don't have it? No worries, we will reach out to your vet." Those claims got denied most of the time. Fast and easy claim process
Very fast process and was surprisingly easy to submit the claim and monitor it on the app. I set up direct deposit so I was able to get reimbursed very easily, although I would say setting it up was sort of buried in the app so I would suggest they make that easier to find since I stumbled across it.
