Great experience. Filed a claim online and within 3 days the money was deposited into my bank account. Took a picture of my invoice from the vet and included with my claim.
I don't have enough experience with SPOT yet...
I don't have enough experience with SPOT yet to give a full open and honest review. But my limited 2 claims for my cats were extremely easy to submit and reimbursement was quick. Getting ready to submit a claim on my boxer and have no doubt it will be handled just as quick. Also, I switched to SPOT because insuring 2 cats and a dog was less than my former pet insurance company for just my dog....considerably more affordable.
