Very pleased with the simplicity of submitting claims and the timely refund . I purchased insurance for my weimaraner just in case something catastrophic were to happen. I opted for a high deductible and 20% co-pay. Unfortunately my dog became ill in Dec. and I don't have the added stress of dealing with all the vet bills. Highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance

I had a lot of trouble filing the recent claim on line. After several attempts I finally printed and sent through the postal mail. So not very happy with online claim process. However once you received the paper copies you processed in a timely manner and covered the items in the claim. Money has now been direct deposited.

I just recently submitted a claim and it was handed quickly and efficiently. The money was in the bank when they said it would be. The claim process was easy enough to submit using the convenient phone app. Not super happy my annual payment went up but I'm happy Spot has my back!
