I'm not one to rave about companies, nor to give out five stars readily whatsoever. But Spot has been a bright spot in a world of flaky businesses. They've been incredibly easy to work with. My vet suggested I get insurance for my dog when he was a puppy. At first I balked but then remembered the vet bills I had with my 3 previous dogs (more so end of life care) and I changed my mind. I didn't even think to use it at first for Bogey's post op complications as I really purchased it for the supposed skin and stomach issues my breed is famous for.
