Spot makes it very simple to place a claim with lots of options for doing so. I chose to use snail mail and have had no difficulty. Spot lets me know when they receive my claim, when they have processed the claim, and what the payment is. I find Spot a very good pet insurance and will recommend Spot to my friends.
Spot Pet Insurance is helpful!
I called Customer Service several times, and the customer service rep was helpful in figuring out the answer to my question. They covered things that I didn't think would be covered by my policy. It took a little bit of effort for me to submit all the info they required, but once that was done the process moved relatively quickly. Only issue was that the website didn't show updates to what was happening with my claim right away, but I was able to call Customer Service and they verified where we were in the process.

One of my daschunds fell sick unexpectedly and had to spend several nights in the hospital. Submitting a claim via Spot's website was super easy and intuitive. You can also track the status of the processing of your claim. It didn't take long before my claim was processed and my reimbursement was issued. I am super pleased with Spots services thus far.
