I’m recently a new customer and my dogs are very healthy and otherwise, low maintenance. However, My puppy got very sick with for an unknown reason and spot was quick to review the records and reimburse. I always say you never know how insurance is until you have to use it. I have had Spot Pet Insurance since last year. Earlier this year, in March, one of my pets had to have a cancerous tumor removed and very shortly after that underwent emergency surgery to remove an obstruction. Spot resolved my claims quickly, without any problem. Just recently we consulted with an oncologist and my claim for that was settled very quickly.
