These are the Official Rules for the Spot® x Kesha Tour Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Spot Pet Insurance Services, LLC ("Spot"), located at 990 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Open to Legal Residents of Certain States. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of all U.S. states, excluding Washington. Participants must be (a) at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, and (b) legal residents of the U.S.

1.2 Spot Excluded. Employees, agents, and representatives of Spot may enter the Sweepstakes but are not eligible to win any prize.

1.3 Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes is sponsored and endorsed by Spot Pet Insurance Services, LLC. Instagram does not sponsor or endorse and is not connected in any way to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1 Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on July 3rd, 2025, and ends on July 7th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT ("Sweepstakes Period"). One (1) winner will be selected at random at the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

2.2 Entry Methods.

To Enter:

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by performing the following actions on Instagram:

  • Like the official Sweepstakes announcement post on Spot's Instagram account (@getspotcovered); AND

  • Follow both @getspotcovered and @kesha on Instagram; AND

  • Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the official Sweepstakes announcement post.

These actions will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Extra Entries:

Participants may earn up to two (2) additional entries by completing the following action:

  • Reposting the official Sweepstakes post to their Instagram story

Limit: three (3) total entries per person.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

Entrants may obtain the maximum three (3) entries without completing the above Social Media actions by sending one email to spotsweepstakes@spotpet.com with the subject line “Spot x Kesha Tour Sweepstakes Entry.” The email must include the entrant’s full name, phone number, and home address.

All Social Media entries and AMOE entries must be submitted within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. All entries are subject to verification. Any fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

2.3 Entry Restrictions.

  • Limits: Three (3) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.

  • Spot reserves the right to disqualify anyone who submits multiple entries through multiple Instagram accounts or email addresses.

  • Spot will not consider ineligible, illegible, or incomplete submissions.

2.4 General Conditions.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Spot, which are final.

  • Spot is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries.

  • Spot reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the Sweepstakes process.

2.5 Participant Consent.

By entering, participants consent to Spot's use of their Instagram handle and/or submitted information for Sweepstakes administration. Winners agree that Spot may use their name, likeness, and image for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be randomly selected via a sweepstakes platform from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or email (depending on entry method) within five (5) business days of drawing. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days or is ineligible, Spot may select an alternate winner.

4. Prizes

4.1 Grand Prize.

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) VIP ticket packages for a Kesha concert of their choice, subject to availability.

  • Estimated prize value: $200

Tickets will be provided for a performance of the winner's choosing from the remaining available dates on Kesha's Tit’s Out Tour.

VIP Ticket Package includes:

  • One (1) Premium Reserved or General Admission (GA) Ticket

  • One (1) Kesha Branded Disposable Camera

  • One (1) Set of Nipple Pasties

  • One (1) “Joyride Tramp Stamp”

  • One (1) Souvenir Ticket

  • One (1) Commemorative Laminate

  • Priority Merch Shopping Access

  • First Entry (where available)

PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIP PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE A MEET & GREET. THERE IS NO ARTIST INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS PACKAGE

4.2 Expenses, Taxes, Prize Conditions.

  • Prize winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation except at Spot’s sole discretion.

  • The winner is responsible for any additional expenses such as travel, accommodations, and any other costs not expressly included in this prize.

  • Sold-out concert locations are excluded from eligibility.

  • In the event of a winner selecting a tour location that becomes sold out prior to obtaining the tickets, the winner may select another available location, subject to these terms.

5. General Rules

5.1 Compliance with Laws.

The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

5.2 Spot's Rights. Spot reserves the right to:

  • Void any entry suspected of tampering or disrupting the Sweepstakes process.

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • Select a winner from all eligible entries received before termination if the Sweepstakes ends early.

5.3 Odds:

The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

6.1 Governing Law.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

6.2 Dispute Resolution.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually and waive the right to a class action. Entrants further waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to all entrants.

6.3 Limitation of Liability.

By entering, participants agree to release Spot, Instagram, and their affiliates from any claims related to:

  1. Acceptance, possession, or misuse of any prize.

  2. Technical failures or unauthorized intervention.

  3. Errors in Sweepstakes administration or prize processing.

  4. The promotion and or administration of this Sweepstakes.

7. Privacy

By entering, participants agree to Spot's Privacy Policy, available at: https://spotpet.com/privacy. Personal information may be used for marketing purposes.

8. Winner List

For an Official Winner List (available 30 days after the Sweepstakes end date) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

9. Abbreviated Rules
