We have only had Spot pet insurance for a few months, but I've submitted 3 claims (for preventative and spay surgery) and it has been so easy to file a claim in thr app! The first claim took a little longer to process - because it was the very first one, but you can track the progress in the app too and see where the claim is. We got the insurance payments back within a couple days after the claim was completed. This last claim was for spay surgery and I submitted the claim the same day. A week and a half later we had already gotten the insurance payment. All payments have been what we expected based on the plan we chose. Thank you for making it so easy to take care of our pet!
