Prescription Foods

My experience has been acceptable with Spot until recently last month I lost my best friend of 8 years. Spot answered all my questions and concerns regarding his coverage and overall policy information. The representatives were very responsive and respectful. This is my 3rd year with coverage for my 4yr old Boerboel. I got the coverage cuz she’s a giant dog breed. Last year I made my first claims for regular/preventative care and the claims were processed timely and with direct deposit. My girl had an unfortunate accident this year and needed a very expensive surgery for her torn Cruciate Ligament. I was scared that the underwriting would be scrutinized and a longer process BUT, it was also handled and reimbursed within a week!
