Spot Kesha Giveaway Sweepstakes

These are the Official Rules for the Spot® Kesha Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Spot Pet Insurance Services, LLC ("Spot"), 990 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning. The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Open to Legal Residents of Certain States
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents in all states excluding Washington, District of Columbia. To participate, entrants must be: (a) 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, whichever is greater, and (b) legally able to work in the United States. No purchase or quote is necessary.

1.2. Spot Excluded
Employees and agents of Spot, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons, whether related or not, are not eligible.

1.3. No Other Sponsorship
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any other company or platform except Spot Pet Insurance Services, LLC. Social platforms (Meta, TikTok) are not associated with this Sweepstakes.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes will start October 8, 2025 at 12:01am EDT and end on November 21, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT.

2.2. Entry
To enter:
- Access the Giveaway landing page promoted by Spot Pet Insurance spotdoghouse.com/keshaspotgiveaway via Spot’s social media posts (Meta/TikTok).
- Entrants must complete the entry form (name, email) and agree to the pre-checked consent box during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Social instructions may include tagging friends and sharing posts to encourage participation.


2.3. Restrictions
Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries via multiple accounts, automated systems, or false information will result in disqualification. Ineligible, illegible, or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

2.4. Conditions
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Spot, which are final. Spot is not responsible for errors, late or lost entries, technical failures, or unauthorized access.

2.5. Participant's Consent
By entering, entrants consent to Spot’s use of their name, likeness, and entry details in connection with Sweepstakes administration, promotion, or marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.

3. Drawing

Spot will randomly select five (5) winners from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes ends. If a winner is not eligible, declines, or cannot be reached within five (5) business days, Spot may select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.

4. Prizes

4.1. Prizes
Winners will receive exclusive Kesha-themed prize bundles, which may include:
-Kesha x Spot Swag (exclusive merchandise, possibly signed)
-Vinyl of Kesha’s latest album
-Bundle of Kesha-inspired dog toys
- $50 Visa Gift Card

Spot reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable.

4.2. Expenses and Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all expenses, fees, and taxes associated with prizes. No prize substitutions or transfers permitted, except at Spot’s discretion.

4.3. Legal Documents
Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release within three (3) business days of notification. Failure to return documents may result in forfeiture.

5. General Rules

-Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
-Spot reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in case of fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.
-Spot is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions.
-The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning

6. Governing Law and Disputes
-Governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida.
-Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release Spot and its affiliates from any claims related to:
1. Acceptance, possession, or misuse of any prize
2. Technical failures or unauthorized intervention
3. Errors in Sweepstakes administration or prize processing
8. Privacy
By entering, entrants agree to Spot’s Privacy Policy at https://spotpet.com/privacy. Entrants’
information will be collected and used for Sweepstakes administration and marketing purposes.
