My vet suggested I get insurance for my dog when he was a puppy. At first I balked but then remembered the vet bills I had with my 3 previous dogs (more so end of life care) and I changed my mind. Not easy to work with or get the correct reimburstment. Very disappointed that you can’t keep accurate records and ask for the same information over and over again just to delay payment
