When our dog need a cardiac ultrasound, we contacted Spot Pet Insurance right away with our claim. The process to file the claim was very easy. We appreciate how quickly they responded to our claim and had the claim check delivered to us even before we received the monthly credit card bill! So, we had the money I hand to pay off the entire bill (our deductible portion + the claim reimbursement amount) right away.
