Spot is easy to work with and send in your claim after your pet visit. The refund usually says 3-7 days but you usually get it faster and very quick and easy refund. Spot is a bit pricy for 3 cats but it’s so worth it in emergencies it’s so much better than other pet insurances I’ve tried before
