Spot Pet Insurance was incredibly easy to use through their app. I had to pay $2,100 in veterinary bills due to complications from my dog giving birth. I have had two times where my dog had an accident and it was simple to submit a claim and was fairly fast.
Good coverage
The process is so easy ..I just upload the visit docs and I wait for a determination..Also,I feel the cost is reasonable. My cat visits this past year have been quite expensive and I would have paid large vet bills out of pocket if I had not been covered by spot..Im glad I decided to go with this insurance..I feel confident that I'm doing my best to care for my cats health without the fear of catastrophic vet bills

Very prompt processing and payment by direct deposit. Large deductible makes it difficult to collect smaller amounts. Ideally pet policies should have smaiier or no deductible. Deductibles, copayments and substantial monthly premiums really minimize insurance payments for pets unless the charges are for a catastrophic vlaim.
