So glad I have Spot insurance for my dog. It made a difference when he had to have a much needed surgery. The claim process was easier than expected and direct deposit made it easy to receive the claim funds.

I called and asked about the deducible
I called and asked about the deducible, if it was yearly or per occurrence. I was told it is once a year. I told the representative I noticed the deducible was taken out of my 2nd ER visit. When looking over my account it was noticed the date for the first visit the numbers were transposed. Customer service corrected the issue and was refunded the deductible back.
