Well worth the low monthly premium
My 1.5 year old Yorkiepoo has allergies and receives monthly shots. Also, had him at the ER recently which was quite costly. The App is so easy to submit the claims and the response time is phenomenal! We received our large ER reimbursement in 3 days from my submitting same. The allergy shot reimbursements are just as quick! I am so pleased with Spot Pet Insurance and highly recommend it.

Very grateful for Spot! My cat just had an emergency and it was really easy to submit my claim. I was really surprised at how fast they processed it and got me my reimbursement. I thought because it was a large amount it would take longer but it didn't. Less than a week. My only complaint is that you can't change parts of your plan after you've already made one. This experience made me realize I need to change my annual refund limit, but, even at a new year you can't change it. I'd have to cancel and make a new plan.

It took my dog getting sick to realize what a jewel we have in Spot Pet Insurance. Every claim that I filed was acted upon promptly and I received the compensation that I expected. There was 1 claim that was not fully paid at first, but after I called and explained the situation, that claim was reopened and compensation was paid. I hope I never have to use this insurance again, but am so glad that we have it.

I filed a claim, and 50% was paid very quickly. The agent I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, but I accidentally gave him a low grade on the post-call survey. I meant to give him a 5 but gave him a 1.
