The claim was easy. I was expecting a bit if a hassle because of the claim amount but there wasn't one. I made sure to submit all the required documents up front when initiating the claim and in two weeks my claim was processed and approved without a problem.

Diesel my 7 year old Chihuahua became quite ill on Friday May 29th. He stopped eating and drinking. That night he began scream-crying due to horrific pain. Sat morning he couldn't lift his head. I thought he was dying. I took him to an Emergency Animal hospital. X-ray showed a small square object in his stomach. Once surgically removed, the vet noticed irritation on his intestine. She opened to find a foreign object blocking any bowel movement. My vet bill was $4213.61. Submitted a claim on June 1 and received payment on June 11. After deductible, Spot Pet covered 80%.
